The Hotel Zara Roma offers a comprehensive range of hotel services to make sure that our guests stay in Rome is a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Concierge

The Hotel Zara Rome's friendly and professional concierge staff are happy to help you maximise the enjoyment of your stay in the Eternal City. Available 24 hours a day the concierge is there to help you with all manner of requests. Our reception staff are multilingual and speak English, Italian, Spanish, French and German.

Concierge staff can provide directions to the nearby shopping outlets, attractions and restaurants. They can also help organise airport-hotel transfers and tickets to see AS Roma, SS Lazio or tickets for rugby games.

Breakfast Room

Breakfast is included in the room price and is available from 7am till 9.30am. The Hotel Zara Roma provides a typically Roman Breakfast in our elegant and sophisticated breakfast room. You can enjoy a selection of cereals, fruit juices, ham, cheese, tea, coffee and fresh croissants.

Bar

The Hotel Zara Roma has a bar located next to the breakfast room. The hotel bar is open 24 hours a day provided the noise levels do not reach unacceptable levels (all guest rooms are soundproofed).

TV lounge and reading room

A TV lounge and reading room is also available on the first floor where guests can relax whilst reading a newspaper, book or by watching a football match.

Just around the corner from the Hotel Zara Roma is a 24 hour pharmacy. Rome's largest internet café "Easy Internet" is located in Piazza Barberini (a 5 minute walk from the hotel) - it contains 400 computers (bring your passport to the internet café as you will not be allowed to surf without it). There are also many bars, banks, shops, metro and bus stops on your doorstep.
