Modifying or cancelling a reservation

The Hotel Zara Roma Italia allows reservations to be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to guests arrival. When you make a booking you will receive confirmation by email. At the bottom of this email are two buttons: "modify booking" and "cancel booking". Simply click on the correct button and follow instructions to amend or cancel your reservation.
