At what time can we check-in and out?

Check in at the Zara Hotel Rome Italy is from 14:00pm, check out is before 11.30am. If you require an early check in please let the hotel concierge know in advance by filling out the comments box when making your online reservation.

The rate shown is for the total stay and includes breakfast, service and all taxes.

Yes, a rich Italian continental buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

When do we pay for our Reservation?

When you make your online reservation no money is debited. We only need your credit card as a guarantee for the booking. The full fee will be debited upon departure - no money will be charged if you cancel within the cancellation period.

Which languages are spoken by the concierge?

English, Italian, German, Spanish and a smattering of French.

Yes, due to the antiquity of the building and the thick walls all of the rooms are soundproofed.

Ciampino is the nearest airport. Fiumicino is the main trans-atlantic airport.
